Good Morning, I'm just checking in from work to say that we won't be able to make the rally. We're bummed about it but maybe we'll see everyone in Feb :)
Thanks for all your hard work Judy, I'm sure the rally will a huge success and soooooooo much fun.

RE: AAA Type Service for Trailers
I have used my AAA road service. I am covered not the vehicle, so if I am driving my friends truck, or driving my own, it doesn't matter. Also, when I called AAA because of a tire blowout with our 5er, they said that the trailer is attached to the truck, therefore it's covered. They called out two tow trucks, just in case we need a bigger jack to lift the trailer. I was VERY pleased.

we have and love:
1. Tinted Safety Glass Windows (much more privacy and helps keep the heat out in real hot campgrounds.
4. Rear ladder (easy access to the roof, and a great place to put up your "flag")
6. heated/wrapped holding tanks (TT underbelly is not enclosed, so they offer insulated holding tanks as an option) in your part of the country I would imagine you would want these (frozen pipes are NO fun)
7. Slider windows replace fixed on slide ends (great for ventilation)
13. Dinette access doors (on ends of dinette, so you don't have to remove cushions to access storage)LOVE THESE!!!!! we had the dealer install the sliding drawers under BOTH dinette seats.

We'll be pulling in late on Friday evening, so we can't participate on friday, but for Saturday's potluck please put us down for a meat/cheese deli tray and for the ice cream social we'll bring strawberry ice cream.

When I was a teenager and wanted my drivers license my father made me learn how to change a tire and do "basic" maintenance on my car before he would let me get my license. Soooo..... I learned how to change a tire and check minor stuff on my car. Years later when I was a newlywed I would do minor things like change the spark plugs and wires on my old accord, check and add fluids as needed things of that nature. But I did not change my own oil, so I took my car to a place called "Econo-Lube" (first clue). They changed the oil in the car and everything appeared to be fine until the service guy came into the waiting room and told me the oil change was done however they discovered a serious problem with fuel injection that needed to be repaired immediately. I listened to him with great interest as he explained in detail what the problem was and how much it would cost to repair it. When he was done, I thanked him, and told him that IF MY CAR HAD FUEL INJECTION then I would be concerned, but it didn't.!!!!no thank you. I paid for my oil change and drove away never to return there again.!!!!

Hello again everyone, we're back from Vegas. We had a great week there, but didn't see John anywhere.....we looked in every mall there was...I guess I should have checked the slot machines.

Well hello again....... too much has happened around here to be able to catch up.....but Marcelle are you and John watching us???? We were just in Disneyland for a WEEK (got back last week, but are still trying to recouperate) and we leave for a week in Las Vegas on Saturday. Soooooo tell John to behave because you never know who's watching. :)
Oh, and by the way .....WE GOT A PUPPY..... His name is Sammy, he's a Jack Russell Terrier and looks just like the RCA dog. All white with one black ear and one spotted ear..... he's almost 5 months old now.

Lee, Sheila, and Briana.......TRACE ATKINS!!!!!!!!! Ohhhhh, I saw him at the original Grand Ole Opry years ago and WOW. I am in love, he is soooooo nice to look at. I was there the night he announced his wife was pregnant with their forth child and then he dedicated the next song to her.... he sang "One hot Mama" (((( big sigh))))))
Did I mention I LOVE looking at him.....

We stayed there last june with 3 kids. It was "ok"
The pool was great for the kids at the end of a long day of hiking. The "game" area was much too dark and full of spider webs for my liking. In fact the kids didn't ask to stay there or go back after their first visit. (that was nice, I'm not one to want to hang out in arcades anyway)
The campground was pretty much a gravel parking lot, but if you are just going to use it to sleep it does the job.

we have a 30' fiver with one 13.5 a/c
we just camped last weekend in 100+ degree weather with no problem. we were in full sun and the a/c kept up just fine. of course we have dry heat here, so that might of made a difference.

But no kidding. This lady has several business in the bay area and all have disconnected phone numbers except for one I have. She is the "Owner" of something called "California Vixen's". All I can find is a girl band web site under that name. The discontinued phone #s attached are the same as a couple of real estate #s I have found.
I may have found the "680 Corridor" madam.
SHE KNOWS NOW!!!

I remember being told by my daughters pediatrician that we could not give our daughter honey for the first two years, I think it had something to do with botulism.
here it is.....
"Infants younger than 12 months are at risk of infant botulism from eating honey. Infant botulism is a rare but serious form of food poisoning.
Honey is a known source of bacterial spores that produce Clostridium botulinum bacteria. These bacteria are typically harmless to older children and adults. But when ingested by an infant, these bacteria make a toxin that can cause infant botulism. It's unclear why this occurs in infants and not in older children or adults.
Infant botulism affects a baby's nervous system and can result in death. Signs and symptoms of infant botulism include:
Persistent constipation
Floppy arms, legs and neck
Weak cry due to muscle weakness
Weak sucking and poor feeding
Tired all the time (lethargy)
Botulism spores may also be found in undercooked food, corn syrup and even maple syrup. For this reason, feeding an infant any of these foods is risky as well.
